Looking for a maintenance tech for a busy downtown property management company in Ithaca. Properties located all through Ithaca City with some in Trumansburg. Job requires basic plumbing experience, basic electrical knowledge, carpentry etc. Will need to be able to do snow removal and other labor tasks also. A general contractor looking for a steady wage would be an ideal candidate coming into the winter season relatively soon. 40 hours per week all year employment guaranteed. Need your own basic tool set with some more specialized tools and equipment provided. Will have to be flexible with vehicle use. Sometimes you will need to use your own to get around.
