Today (7/30) at around 1pm, I saw a girl come into the 7-Eleven on State St with a man in his 40s. Something was off to me. She was about 12-14yrs old I'd guess, red hair, light shirt and shorts, and a small teal/sea green backpack. She had on white sneakers, I think, and a 3-ft fox tail pinned to the back of her shorts. The man never let go of her hand and at one point tugged her along towards the back coolers. Even when they left the gas station, he didn't let go of his grip. Something about it seemed so off. I didn't recognize her on a local missing children database and it could be nothing, but figured I'd post this. The man was wearing a red shirt and had a short salt and pepper beard, maybe 5' 8" 160 lbs. The girl was average in height and build with shoulder-length hair. They walked off by the State St underpass towards downtown.
