Coastal Rhythms is a collective that shares a vision for creating intentional spaces for people to gather in community together. It is our hope that each space we create is an inclusive space where all are welcomed and each person feels celebrated to show up as their authentic self. In these spaces we hope to inspire connection, self expression, safety, healing, freedom and playfulness! Ecstatic dance is an intentional dance space that welcomes free form movement and expression. This dance will be held on the beach next to the ocean- please dress accordingly. **Please bring an ID as an exchange for your Quiet Hours silent disco headphones** 💞 6:30pm: Start Time- we ask that your arrive promptly at 6:30 so we can welcome you and set you up with a pair of silent disco head phones. Bring an ID with you to rent a headphone set. 💫Community Alter Space: we invite you to bring a special item with you to place on the community altar at this time to help you cultivate a safe and sacred dancing experience 🦋 6:45 pm: Opening Circle- in our opening circle we will welcome the four directions, set personal and collective intentions together and review the guidelines for ecstatic dance 🌸7:00pm: Grounding in meditation 🎶7:10pm: Ecstatic dance with Quiet Hours Silent Disco and DJ set with DJ Smiley Phace 🌊9:10pm: Closing meditation 🙏9:20pm: Closing circle - a collective time to reflect, integrate, share gratitude and close the container we created 🍒9:30pm: optional fruit potluck. We'd love to keep hanging out with you after the dance!!! Please feel free to bring some fruit or snacks to share for some post dance nourishment. Can't wait to dance with you!!!
