Looking for 1 general laborer for rental housing cleanout and make ready. - Duties include but not limited to removal of debris interior and exterior, removal of brush and trees, lawncare, general repair of houses, vacuuming and carpet removal. - Laborers will be operating company vehicles and dump trailers so experience is preferred as well as a decent driving and preferably a clean criminal record. Looking for 2 Experienced maintenance person for more in depth house repair - Experience and tools required for all aspects of house repair These are not team positions we are not looking to hire other companies or crews THESE ARE ALL 1099 POSITIONS
