Multiple positions available immediately We are a locally owned and operated tree service in business for over 40 years serving the Raleigh / Cary area. We have been steadily growing and are looking to add qualified members to our team to keep up with growing customer demand. We are currently looking to add motivated team members. Experience is preferred and will increase starting pay, but it is not mandatory. As long as you have a good work ethic and a desire to learn, we have no problem training the right person that proves these qualities regardless of lack of experience. Pay will be based on dependability, experience, capability, and ability to meet production goals. Added incentives and/ or bonuses are given when production goals are met or exceed consistently. Top industry pay for the right candidate(s)! A valid NC drivers license is not required but a plus. A CDL license is a plus and will increase pay rate, but also is not required. You will need reliable transportation to and from show up location regardless of license status. Must be willing to work on the weekends occasionally, but we typically keep it to M-F unless a rain makeup day is necessary. Climbers must be willing to work with the ground crew as needed when not performing climbing duties.
