JCMR is expanding and actively hiring a Diesel Mechanic to join its team in Cedar Rapids, IA. As a Diesel Mechanic with JCMR, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of company fleet of diesel-powered vehicles. This role offers rapid growth in the company and a flexible work schedule. This veteran-owned business provides delivery service for the US Postal Service and is expanding to also include Fleet Services. Job Responsibilities: • Run and interpret diagnostic test results on vehicles • Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles • Work on major repairs, typically 3–4-day long projects Requirements: • 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience • Diesel Technician certification required • Strong mechanical background • CDL A preferred, but not required We’d love for you to be a part of JCMR’s growth.
