suggestions? hoping 4 options, to make apt.home safest, from bullying intruders.

Learned, today, that on multiple occasions some bullying intruders invade my apt.complex homes, behaving bully-ish, making a mess, refusing to leave ! So, I want to find out which/how many things I can find/order, for my neighbors, so that they can get to feel safer. So far, I have these things in mind ; 1. can of pressurized air, which makes an alarmingly loud siren sound, like a horn. 2. digital, affordable, video camera, very small, easily hidden.So as to make it record often. 3. This next one I need to know what to choose/order ; I am consider some bell which can be placed on the wall over the door, so as to shift it aside/slide it away when not setting it, but something which easily movers onto/over the door when getting ready to sleep, or when protection is necessary, so if the door is getting opened as the individual is sleeping then the bell sounds when the door gets opened. ! 4. A hook to easily lock, over the door, such as the old fashion/antiquity hook that one can place on the loop which may be placed on the other side/door. 5. That gadget which is for the floor, which is secured under the door space below it. And this gadget is enforced to pin under the door, and it's shape slides up, higher, so as to stop the door from being opened, because that form increases and the door remains pinned in place. Those are my ideas, yet I would like any/as many ideas so as to bring my purchases, along with a list of suggestions for my neighbors. Please ? Thx, in advance ! tony
