Come and meet Tori Hope Petersen and celebrate the release of her book, Fostered: One Woman’s Powerful Story of Finding Faith and Family through Foster Care. Tori’s experience in foster care as a former foster youth, foster care advocate, & foster mom fuels her life’s passion to advocate for those who society would consider the “least of these.” Her heart is burdened for the foster care community, foster youth, vulnerable youth, & suffering families. Doors open at 6pm. Appetizers and desserts will be served. First 100 tickets will receive a free copy of Tori's new book! Must be present to receive the book, books will not be shipped. Only 1 book per household, please. Children under 16 are welcome to attend without a ticket, however, no childcare will be provided. This party is presented by Hope + Vine, a nonprofit that provides employment and community for young women who have aged out of foster care.
