Looking for a Small Business Loan Not Based on Credit or Revenue

I've got an immediate opportunity for a small business expansion, however everything out there is based on either credit or revenue alone. I'm looking for something more along the lines of a peer loan or a lender that specializes in alternative or nontraditional lending. If you are a lender or know of one please let me know.
