My wife and I recently purchased a small house in Springfield that needs external/internal renovations ASAP: -External Window Sealings -Fixing of Fence (External) -Roof Patching (External) -Drywall Replacement (Internal) subsequent to Roof Patching -Painting (all rooms within the house) -Trash Removal (Internal/External) -Other ad hoc items We are willing to pay $5,000 to the right handyman to have all of this done in an expedited manner (ideally within two weeks).
