Looking for a local handyman that is a jack of all trades. Our company is veteran owned and attention to detail is a must. We do repairs of apartments/house/condos debris removal, make readies of residential properties, grass cutting, lock changes, vegetation removal, appliance installs, minor plumbing repairs. Install ceiling fans. Every day is different. Some properties are vacant and some are by appointment with tenant. You MUST have your own tools and general liability insurance. Quick turn around and attention to detail is a must. You must be able to pass a mandatory background check. You must be comfortable working on a roof. Work orders include but not limited to trash-outs, house cleaning, grass mow, bush trimming, lock changes etc. You must have a smart phone. You must take and send pictures of all work done. Immediate work. Weekly pay. This is an independent contractor position (1099) and you must have or have the ability to get a general liability insurance policy. Long term work.
