Cost for this class is $95/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

1st: Coppa Bruschetta, rosemary ricotta, tomato jam and sweet balsamic
2nd: rigatoni, grilled prawns, fresh spinach, roasted garlic sauce
3rd: braciole pomodoro, polenta, roma tomato and basil
4th: Ricotta cheesecake
