I have a sub contractor but I need GC to pull City of PGH Permits

Looking for a Pa licensed General contractor that is or can be registered with the City of Pittsburgh to apply for 2 permis 1st permit is for exterior renovations and roof on a 3 story commercial building, the 2nd Permit is for a scaffolding, I have Architectual drawings submitted in the City of Pittsburgh almost ready for Permits and I already have both the subcontractor and the scaffolding company lined up, I need a someone to be the General Contractor to apply and pull Permits. I also have Architectual drawings for interior renovations that I can offer that job to you afterwards when it is the drawings are approved
