I need someone to 1) Repace then sand some plank on a hardwood floor The carpet was recently removed from the floor. Some of the planks are missing or rotten The hardwood will need about 2 rounds of sanding ( 80 and 120 grits) The area is about 5 rooms of 10x12 I will provide all the materials 2) I also need help with the installation of a floating floor area is a 13x 13 room that needs an LVT Ideal for someone who has some experience with orbital sanders and floating floor installation The location is in the Oakland area be ready to accept cashless payment methods please text or call if you have experience at 412 266 0111.
