Description

Join us for a fun and informative afternoon of experiential training and guidance in the art of Shamanic Drumming and Sound Healing! We'll be sharing the practical tools and tips we have learned and developed over the last decade as Shamanic Practitioners, exploring the basics of Sound Therapy and Shamanic Drumming as a powerful holistic approach to restoring the body to a state of optimal health, wellness, and vitality! You'll learn all the key points you need to know as a beginner or intermediate practioner in the realm of vibrational healing, from the significance of different drum beats and the science behind Shamanic Journeying, to creating Sacred Space and connecting with Higher Guidance in your personal or professional practice. - This offering is ideal for anyone who is curious about sound therapy and shamanic practices as a potent and effective holistic approach to restoring and maintaining overall emotional, mental, and spiritual health - specifically with the use of the handheld drum. Whether you're brand new to this and have never even picked up a drum, or you're a practising musician, this workshop has been mindfully crafted to meet you where you are to ensure this medicine is an available, accessible, and reliable option for you, your loved ones, and your community on the path toward optimal wellness. Through this practice, we hope to inspire and nurture a sense of re-connection to the natural world and the potent healing traditions of our ancestors across the globe. - Abundance Exchange: The exchange for this experiential workshop is $97. - Registration + Logistics: This offering will take place in person at our studio in Claremont, California. Due to the wonderfully intimate size of our space, we are limiting the number of physical attendees to ensure everyone's comfort and asking guests please preregister to reserve their seat. - What to Bring: - a cushion, pillow, blanket, and/or back-jack to sit on - a journal and pen for notes - water or other form of nourishing hydration - lunch for yourself and (optional) snack to share with the group Please also dress in comfortable clothing - we recommend layers to help you adjust your temperature to your liking, especially since it's common for people to experience sudden waves of heat or cold during meditation or sound therapies. - We are so looking forward to gathering with you! IN LOVE + GRATITUDE See you soon!
