Found female pit bull

Description

I found a young female pit bull wandering around the parking lot of our apartment downtown. She was dehydrated and hungry, with no collar. She is mostly black with some white markings. She is very friendly and seems completely house broken, so I assume she had an owner at one point. I cannot keep a dog, and I must find a place for her to stay IMMEDIATELY. Please let me know if you can help.
