Bassist/guitarist/vocalist for Metal project

I'm primarily a bassist, but can play guitar and do vocals. Looking for other metal heads that want to collaborate. I'm more into building something from scratch than joining an existing project, but if your band seems like the right fit I'll definitely consider joining. I've played bass and provided vocals in a few bands over the years. I'm self taught, and don't know nothin' much about no stinkin' music theory, but me hit strings and me make good sound come out. I've got some samples of my junk on soundcloud. It's all over the place. I can't ever settle on a particular sound or subgenre, so I'm hoping some fellow metal heads might steer me in the right direction. I mainly gravitate towards prog, death metal, thrash, stoner rock, and doom. But as long as it gets dark and heavy I'm a happy guy! I've got a steady job, transportation, and also a mortgage, so I can't immediately jump on a tour if that's what you're looking for.
