Window lifting mechanism repair needed

We have 7 double paned glass, double hung horizontal windows that have broken lifting mechanisms that need repaired. Please see the photos including the photo of a tag label if that helps. They have some kind of a spring and cord mechanism that is inside the square metal runner box that is inside of both sides of the window area and runs up the window edge. You can see this is one of the photos of the broken parts. Parts may be needed, but we are not sure where to order them, or if some of the older parts could be re-used. If you do not have time to do the repair work, but can teach us how to repair the lifting mechanisms, we would be glad to pay you for the instruction.
