The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, enjoys learning a new trade, and has a strong work ethic. Mechanically oriented Positive attitude Willingness to “Set a Higher Standard” in all you do Trustworthy, hardworking, and a team player Ability to lift 75lbs Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to pass a background check and drug test Current Arizona Driver License What You’ll Do: The Laborer will be shadowing and working hands on to learn the trade while also interacting with customers to provide a great experience. In this position, you will have the opportunity to create a successful and lucrative career with an exceptional company that is “Setting a Higher Standard.” A typical day will consist of: Supporting Technicians on jobsites, including construction, service, and repair jobs Assist with setup and tear down of job sites Assist with loading and unloading trucks Maintaining equipment and cleaning hand tools Learning quality control standards, documentation practices and proper utilization of our internal systems (dispatch, clocking in, job completion, invoicing) Work Environment: ·Work is conducted at the shop, on client project sites and in an outdoor work environment in year-round weather conditions Heavy physical labor Exposure to equipment capable of causing personal injury Environment has moderate to loud noise level Steve’s High Country Sanitation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, we celebrate diversity in the workplace and strive to maintain an inclusive work environment for all employees.
