We are seeking a Groundskeeper to assist our Maintenance Manager with care and upkeep of the property. Responsibilities will include mowing, weeding, pruning of our landscaping, as well as leaf/snow removal as the seasons change. The right person for this position must be reliable, flexible and willing to complete tasks as instructed. Experience doing light maintenance work is helpful but not required. Hours will vary by season, but on average will be 24-32 hours per week. Must be available to work weekends as needed. Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid time off, free meals during shifts and a percentage of tips collected from our workshop/retreat groups.
