Despite their rhetoric that they support the troops and veterans, 24 Republican senators voted against a health care bill for sick and dying veterans exposed to the toxic burn pits. These vets, whose numbers decrease daily because they are succumbing to their illnesses have been fighting for 10 years to get this legislation passed. This same exact bill was actually passed back in June by the same Republican senators who voted against it last Friday because they were upset that they thought the Dems hoodwinked them on voting for the Computer Chip bill when Manchin and Schumer announced their deal on items that were in Biden's Build Back Better plan. So, these self-professed Republican troop and veterans-loving legislators decided to use those same sick and dying veterans as pawns in their 'urine squirting' contest and voted against passing this bill when it came up for a re-vote. Not only did they rub their posteriors in the faces of these veterans by voting against this legislation that they had already voted for, they then decided to celebrate their 'victory' by fist-bumping one another on the senate chamber floor. Yes, you GOP cowards really showed those poor, stupid veterans a thing or two, didn't you? And how about the fact that not a single one of these morally-devoid degenerates have EVER served a day in uniform? That's correct-Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, and 22 other Republican senators don't know a left-face command from their double-faces they showed last week. Maybe John Q Public has heard the story of these veterans who have been camping out in protest and are sleeping on the Capitol's steps-WITH THEIR OXYGEN BOTTLES AND OTHER MEDICALLY NECESSARY DEVICES, to remind these special GOP people with no conscience of the promises that were made to those that served from 'a grateful nation'. I don't expect this post to stay up long because it not only shows the duplicity of the current Republican Party but it is-and should be extremely embarrassing to any Republican AND EVERY REAL AMERICAN TOO. But you see, we live in a world where messages that present facts that are too painful for our thin-skinned GOP brethren to tolerate, they simply fall back on pressing that FLAG button. I would be painfully embarrassed also if I had leaders who used sick and dying veterans as pawns. But I wouldn't press the FLAG button; I would instead contact those senators who pulled the little veteran's health care heist and tell them how repulsive and repugnant that I found their actions to be. I have, what about you?
