Vinyl Static is searching for a strong, experienced, confident vocalist who enjoys engaging with the audience/client. Plan is for 1 or 2 gigs a month with a focus on classic rock, yacht rock, and tunes the audience wants to hear (this covers a broad spectrum of material). We are seasoned musicians who have all worked across the Pittsburgh area and rehearse weekly in the South Hills area. The band consists of: vocals/guitar/keyboardist, 2nd guitarist/vocals, bassist and drummer. We need you first and foremost as a vocalist providing both lead and back-up vocals. You will be sharing lead vocals with the guitar/keyboardist. If you play an instrument that would be most welcome to help fill out the sound though it isn’t an absolute necessity. If this post looks familiar we had this same ad up earlier this year. Sadly, the vocalist we chose from those auditions cannot continue to perform so we are looking again for the right person. We have enough material ready to film our promo video, we just need you to complete to band! Please, serious inquiries only.
