The People’s Parade, a partnership with The Planet Parade, aims to bring together representatives from multiple social movements, for a community-embracing rally and march. The People’s Parade is an attempt to shingle a single roof above our overlapping dreams and persecution—getting all the causes together on the street to meet and march and scheme and dream together! Attendees are encouraged to bring signs, dress in costume, and pets are welcome! There will be speakers and performance artists before and after the parade. Invite friends! **Join us for sign making on the Saturday before the People’s Parade, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the corner of Main Street and Washington, as part of our Paint n’ Play event, featuring live music, silent disco, games, flow toys, hula hoops, and a paint party on a giant community canvas!
