We are staying stateside this time for our next Dinner Series event. After reading the book 'Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil' years ago, Patrick added Savannah, Georgia to his list of places he wanted to visit in the United States. He was happy to finally travel there earlier this year and was inspired by the local cuisine and history. Reflecting on his time there, he has planned another wonderful multi-course menu capturing the flavors of the South.
