Essential duties and responsibilities include: Maintain a CLEAN, well-groomed, professional appearance at all times Keep fields clean and free of debris. Monitor all activity on the sporting clay ranges to ensure safe operations Excellent people skills, ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner Trap for events, leagues and competitions – pulling and scoring rounds Maintain courses as instructed. Setting up fields with electronic equipment Open and close courses depending on scheduled hours Load clay target machines for events, leagues and competitions Review basic safety instructions with guests Interact with guests to provide legendary customer service Snow removal (shoveling) Other duties assigned as necessary Qualifications: Candidate must be 18 years or older Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work weekends, including Sundays, and evenings Must be willing to work outdoors year around Highly self-motivated/able to work without direction Naturally friendly and positive daily attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Must pass criminal background check Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve Preferred Qualifications: Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation to and from employment location High School Diploma (currently attending is acceptable also) or equivalent Diploma Experience with Shotgun sports preferred (Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour, the right candidate will have room for advancement
