We are currently hiring a materials handler to work in our shipping department. This position will be filled by a hard-working, responsible, self-motivated individual who is looking for a good job with a well- established company. Hours of operation are M-Th 8 am to 4:30 pm. Friday until 1:30 pm Essential Functions: -Packaging ground and freight products on skid - Boxing shipping orders with packaging foam, etc. -Operate forklifts, pallet jacks. -Keep warehouse and dock area clean and organized. -Select and count materials in accordance to the shipping slip. -Stage and tag orders selected to will call or shipping areas. -Assist customers & truck drivers with loading orders. -Perform other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, stand, and walk.
