If you have experience working in building maintenance, enjoy working with a team and are looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment look no further we have the job for you! Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for answering service requests, getting apartments ready for occupancy, maintaining/repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, small/large appliances and some light interior/exterior painting when needed. To qualify you must have 2 years experience in building maintenance, have strong verbal communication skills, be able to lift up to 80lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs, have a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.
