Reliable AirBnB cleaner needed asap

Looking for an extremely reliable and punctual cleaner in downtown Albany to conduct turnovers for three AirBnB units. You should be available every day of the week, between 11am and 2pm On average there are 7 turnovers per week across the three apartments. You should be able to do multiple turnovers in one visit most times. So, for example, it could be that on Monday you do a turnover for apartments 1 & 2, on Tuesday for apartment 3, none on Wednesday and Thursday, a turnover of apartment 2 on Friday, a turnover of all three apartments on Saturday, and no turnover on Sunday. The apartments are not big - one two-bedroom and two one-bedroom in the same building. All three together are just under 2,000 square feet. There is also a basement that contains the washing machine and all cleaning supplies & linen. A turnover means cleaning the whole apartment incl. vacuuming the floors (mopping occasionally), emptying the trash, doing dishes if any, restocking supplies like soap and salt, making the beds with clean sheets, and ensuring everything generally looks great for the new guests. You would also need to make sure you have enough clean sheets and towels (there are many extra sets) by doing laundry (in the basement) 1-2 times per week. The current cleaner needs 30-50 minutes per apartment per turnover so it is approximately 5-6 hours of work per week. The pay during the 4 week trial period is $25/hour, after that we can discuss other fee structure (such as per turnover). You would receive access to the AirBnB listings via the AirBnB app to see all upcoming reservations in real-time so you need a smart phone and good reception. You should be able to walk to downtown Albany (around Palace Theater) or have very reliable transportation. Sometimes there are last minute bookings and you need to be able to get to the apartment on short notice. After every cleaning you would need to record a video showing the apartment has been prepared and send it to the AirBnB host. I'm looking for someone - with excellent communication skills - extremely reliable (no no-call/no-shows or lateness) - local to the area/no issues getting there - detail oriented, thorough cleaner - ideally experience with AirBnB cleanings or hotel cleanings Please apply with a detailed statement (1-2 paragraphs) on why you would be the perfect fit.
