Brinly-Hardy Jeffersonville, IN now hiring for General Labor/Light Industrial Work with a team of 4-8 team members to help assemble lawn care equipment using standard worksheets and small hand tools. Work within a team of 4-6 team members organizing lawn care products on a paint line to be painted. Hours: Monday – Thursday 5 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: Start $16.00/hour – $16.50 at 90 days, weekly pay Incentive Bonuses are given weekly for attendance, performance, etc. Full benefits after 60 days PTO after 60 days 40 hours vacation after 180 days Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Vacation, Holiday, Birthday, PTO; Life Long/Short Disability, 401k, Profit Sharing. Experience Requirements Manufacturing/Factory experience preferred Qualifications Able to lift 50 lbs. Positive-Team Work Attitude Responsibilities • Assemble and pack products using small hand tools while keeping quality control and production levels high and maintaining a safe work environment • Conduct quality control while preparing products to be powder coat painted ensuring safety procedures are followed • Physical Requirements: Standing for up to 10 hours/shift on a solid surface while walking, bending, twisting, and reaching Work hours • 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 5 AM-3:30 PM with OT as needed • When needed: Friday/Saturday.
