The City of Birmingham and Michigan Humane are partnered to host 'Dog Days of Summer'. Birmingham is a humane community, and loves to recognize its pet-friendly businesses and residents. And welcome the partnership of a sponsor Saturday, August 6th. Dog Days will bringing not only residents of Birmingham, but Metro Detroiters everywhere to choose Birmingham as a destination and stroll with their dogs through the shopping and business district on this special day, while building awareness and raising support for Michigan Humane's essential services and critical programs. As participants enjoy the city with their pups, Birmingham's many shops, restaurants and service providers will benefit from the increased attraction.
