Looking for art space near westfield

Local artist outgrowing current space, looking for new space to create. I am pretty open to options, but would prefer private entrance, and access for potential clients to meet me. I am expecting very low foot traffic, and am willing to be responsible for any build up or maintenance. Hoping for minimum of 1000 sq feet. I do painting, and metal sculpture, along with graphic design etc. I cannot stress how flexible I am. I simply need bigger space to create. I have references and deposit ready.
