I own several rental properties and want a handy man to fix plumbing, light electrical, appliance etc in my properties in Oceanside, Escondido and Poway. I will pay $50/hour for actual time at the jobsite (not commute time). The person needs to be efficient and understand codes. Please don't contact me if you only work by the job and not hourly.
