I am an out-of-town real estate investor (I'm in Warner Robins) anf I need you to drive to the property and take notes/photos. We can video call over Facebook or snapchat I'll pay once you get there, mat have future giga like this for you. Should only take 10 minutes I will delete listing once I have it done with someone.
