General Construction Labor If you are looking for a full-time position in construction, then we may be looking for you! We are an established mid-size construction firm that specializes in new home construction and remodels with offices in Oceanside, CA. We are offering $17-$23 per hour plus health benefits (after six months of employment). Our ideal candidate will have some general construction labor experience and works well within a team environment. Physical strength and endurance are required as well as good communication skills. Additional job requirements include: • 2+ years general construction labor experience • Valid Driver’s License • Have a vehicle to get to job sites • Speak English • Have (some of) your own tools • Good reading and basic math skills What you will be doing: • Follow directions of construction management in the building or dismantling of various projects. • Assist/work with construction tradesmen (i.e. demo, framing, HVAC, plumbing, electricians, carpentry and others). • Operate power tools, hand tools and other equipment as required. • Load/Unload/Transport tools and building materials. • Remove debris and other hazardous materials to ensure a safe and clean job site per OSHA requirements.
