House work for contractor or handyman

Looking for general contractor or experienced handyman to do misc jobs around house. Prefer someone close by and reliable. Will pay $25/hr, or give me quotes. First job is to jack up front 2 posts on this entryway so overhang roof and deck are back to level (soil settling issues) and prepare entry for concrete work bids or other improvements. Open to ideas on how to do it. Current plan was to remove last row of tile and decking, separating the deck from posts, supporting it on a couple of concrete blocks, then replacing or jacking up the 2 main posts on a fresh pour of concrete level with deck. Other jobs: -Repair and re-seal exterior tile on some rear decks. -Add a deck or balcony and possibly stairs off a front bedroom door, looking for ideas. -Change front concrete block walls to a better layout on a more stable, compacted base, integrating better with front decks and parking. -Improving some low slope rear deck roofing to prevent leaks, possibly just adding a layer of real low slope roofing over the asphalt shingles. -Misc roof maintenance, repair and moss proofing. -Repair 2 windows on front of house after front entry leveled. -Kithen tile work for flooring and area around stove.
