Welding needed for gate latch & spring

This latch keeps coming off and need to get it welded back. I also got this spring to prevent the gate slamming and ruining the latch (I think this is what it is for)? If so, I’d like this welded as well. Would need to do this week. Text Kyla 818-921-2323
