I am paying a set fee (not by the hour) for one or more individuals to complete my airbnb remodeling job. My contractor has fallen off the deep end and its clear that our August 10th deadline just isn't going to happen.
If you don't know how to do tile or build cabinets with the utmost amount of attention to detail, please don't respond.
