If you apply for a pass, they run a criminal background (NCIC) and will fail your access for a number of reasons, so having a clean history is important. You must have your own way to my office each morning. You must take instruction from your supervisors, and understand company policy. You will learn our history, and how we do business different than others. Your life will take a turn for the better, and you will work for it-sweat, freeze, ache and pain for it.
