Construction Associate with CDL A

This position is for an individual who has a valid CDL A with clean driving record who can perform construction work when not driving. You must be have the ability and skill level to drive vehicles that are not automatics as we have both. Driving duties are related to transporting equipment or vehicles from one area to another in company owned vehicles, including a SuperVac truck, a tractor trailer, or a pickup pulling a trailer with equipment where the weight of the load requires a CDL A driver. Work duties will be in place when not driving that could include attaching / detaching various equipment such as drill pipe, reamers, or hoses. Some digging could be required. All employees work as a team to get jobs completed. Preferred candidate would be someone who can do all of the above and who also has some mechanical aptitude who understands how to problem solve when needed. Our business works primarily in the Dallas and Odessa/Midland areas but we also complete jobs in other areas of Texas when needed - so overnight travel will be part of this job at various times. We generally work Mon-Fri with weekends off but there could be some weekend work as needed in the future. Pay is weekly with per diem for any travel that is outside of your designated home base location (either Dallas or the Odessa area).
