Job description The Hennessey Group is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate/Driver for its Operations Department. Successful candidates must be safe drivers with proof of a clean driving record. This position requires both internal warehouse duties and on-site delivery & setup of corporate apartments. *This position has the potential for growth & advancement within the company* Responsibilities and Duties: -Maintain quality of standards as put forth by The Hennessey Group -Assist the team to load, deliver and set up company inventory (furniture & housewares) to our properties with unparalleled customer service -Complete setup and layout of corporate apartments to include housekeeping functions such as making beds, hanging shower curtains, and appropriately placing kitchen items on counters and in cabinets in accordance with company specifications -Maintain inventory necessary to perform daily duties including, but not limited to: light bulbs, batteries, cleaning supplies, lock boxes, etc. -Assist with maintaining the spaces where inventory (furniture & housewares) is housed -Daily communication with staff and flexibility for last minute changes needed -Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications: -Must be over 18 years of age and a self-starter with good communication skills -Must have a valid drivers license, dependable transportation to work every day, a clean driving record and be insurable by company auto insurance -Must be able to drive a delivery vehicle safely -Must be able to lift between 50-75 lbs consistently including while climbing stairs & ability to utilize a hand truck/dolly to load boxes and transport up or down stairs -Have an enthusiastic "whatever it takes" attitude toward customer satisfaction and providing the ultimate guest experience Hourly position - full benefits package including company paid health insurance, optional dental, vision & life insurance, paid holidays, PTO & vacation, MONTHLY BONUS Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour
