Join us for a night of fun with a delicious farm to table dinner from The Gardens Wedding Center at the beautiful rooftop venue in Shorewood, The Atrium! Doors open at 4:30pm, Cocktail hour and silent auction until 6 pm, Dinner begins at 6:30pm. Dinner Options Include: Herb Crusted Pork Chops with Bacon Cherry Coulis - Thin cut pork chops dusted with a garlic herb seasoning and cooled in a brown butter. Served with a bacon cherry coulis. Grilled Chicken Tenders with Mango Chutney - Juicy chicken Tenders seasoned with a garlic herb rub and grilled. Accompanied by a mango chutney. Vegan Chipotle Orange Glazed Tofu - Thick cut firm tofu fried to a golden goodness and marinated in a chipotle orange mango sauce. Garlic Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts, carrots and red onions. Fresh mix of Brussel sprouts, baby carrots and red onions roasted in garlic and maple glaze. Sour Cream, Garlic, and Herb Smashed Potatoes. Roasted red potatoes smashed with garlic butter, herb sour cream, and a creamy garlic whipped butter. Watermelon Arugula Salad. Fresh watermelon gently tossed with peppery arugula and shaved red onions. Served with a balsamic reduction and fresh cracked pepper. Besides amazing food the night will also include live music, a silent auction, interactive pieces, spoken word, and stories from the home!
