Mentoring is the foundation of Valor–we saw a problem: fatherlessness. Mentorship is the way forward to diminish the effects of fatherlessness on young people in our community. Using one-on-one and group mentoring, we provide at-risk youth with positive role models to encourage hope and inspire greatness.
