Join us in learning practical skills of self-renewal to heal relationships with yourself and others. During this day-long workshop for adults, we will use story, creative writing, music, drawing, poetry, and movement to identify barriers to joy. A light lunch by La Casella will be provided. While this is a free event, you must register in advance so that we can provide enough materials and refreshments. (We cannot accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please bring your own food if necessary). Suggested donation for this event is $20.
