This is not your ordinary Park Yoga, it is a chance to be able to connect with nature, yourself, friends, and strangers, in a beautiful and welcoming environment. Yoga is a practice that anyone can partake in, as long as you come with a open-mind and bring your whole hearted self. You do not need to be flexible or "in shape", all you need is the will to want to engage and the rest will be in your hands and on the mat. This is a chance to heal your mind, body, & soul through various melodies, aromas, and energies. What better way to spend your Sunday afternoon? You are more than welcome to bring blankets as it will be giving picnic vibes before and after the session. Although the time is from 12-3pm, the yoga session will begin at 12:30pm, so be sure to arrive on time to find a spot most suitable for you. After the yoga session feel free to socialize, enjoy refreshments/snacks, and the views. I will personally send the address out to those who purchase tickets, so be sure to be on the lookout once your ticket is bought. There will be a total of 25 tickets available; Tickets will be sold on a first come first serve bases, therefore if tickets sell out, do not worry there will be plenty more Park Yoga's. Your Ticket will include the following: 15 minute welcoming meditation, 1-hour Beginners Hatha Flow, Refreshments and snacks, for those who are 21+ there will be mimosas readily available, A StayLeen Yoga goody bag filled with surprises, and last but certainly not least a chance to participate in a raffle to win a self-care basket. Mats will be available for those who may not have their own. This park is a very special park to me, I hold it deeply and I cannot wait to share it will you all. I appreciate all of the love I have gotten throughout my time as a yoga instructor; it has been the best thing that has happened in my life and I truly have a passion for sharing this practice with others. The love I have for Yoga is the love I share for everyone that I have come across through it. So, thank you in advance for your support, and I cannot wait to see you there!
