Phuong Tran is teaching how to cook Banh Xeo aka Vietnamese Sizzling Crepe. Banh Xeo is thought to have originated in central Vietnam with each region having their own style of preparation and ingredients. This versatile irresistible dish is found as a simple street food in Vietnam and in high-end cuisine.
