With the 2022-2023 school year quickly approaching, The Maritime Academy of Toledo will host a back-to-school event on Thursday, August 11. This event will be free and open to the public. Exciting freebies include: • Food • Raffles – family membership to Toledo Zoo, selfcare basket, etc. • Boat rides on the Maumee River • Swimming and boat races in their pool • Jeopardy Contest • School fees waived for registrants at event • And More! Many local organizations will be on-site to celebrate with the community, including Efcentrix Candles, Owens Corning, Marco’s Pizza, A Step Beyond, National Guard, Buckeye Health and Scouts.
