Join us for a night of celebration, acknowledgment, and local area! The AFRO's Celebration Gala will unite and perceive the Founders, Leaders, and Supporters of The AFRO News, who share a showed obligation to the accomplishments made by The AFRO News Publication over the most recent 130 Years. Honoring The AFRO for being the most established family-claimed, consistently distributed Black paper in the country, the most seasoned Black-possessed business (family etc.) in the State of MD, and the third most established (family-claimed etc.) in the country. In 1892, The AFRO was established to speak on racial equality and economic progression for Black Americans. Today, its declaration to be a stage to offer pictures and accounts of issues in regards to the progression of the Black community has not changed.
