Get ready to WOW family & friends with your new skills to make your own charcuterie boards from scratch! This workshop starts with the basics of cutting cheeses, fruits, and meats while building upon the experience to provide elegant details in the design of your board. It will include a demo and teaching for the first half and in the second half you will then create your own charcuterie box to take home to enjoy. This is a Hands-On interactive workshop, and we will be utilizing my favorite ingredients, such as fine cheeses, fresh fruits, and delicious meats, to make the perfect charcuterie box.
