Once again, this is not your ordinary event! Beginners are always welcome! Mimi will make it easy for you to move to whatever beat suits your body, with a well guided, full of laughter flow. Take some time to allow yourself to let go and be. Come flow, groove, and move your way through the night without judgement. This magical evening is held in the courtyard of the trendy, Hat Gallery and Lounge. Each paid ticket holder will receive a pre-roll of top shelf, uplifting strains. Bring your mat, water, towel, bowl, and some green as this is a cannabis friendly experience! If you are new to Yoga, Lifted Yoga, or the Lifted Experience, you will be in a safe and supported space to allow yourself to explore. We want to keep lifted yoga accessible for everyone, totally inclusive. Please reframe from taking video and pictures while outside, and around other participants. There are those who come for a discreet, private, and intimate experience. Following a few rules, helps us to constantly achieve this mission and goal.
