S H I F T is a metaphysical movement and meditation practice created by Evie Marie O’Connor. It is offered as a tool for shifting out of habitual ways of being to open towards the infinite possibility within each of us. while the recipe is new, the ingredients are ancient. This practice weaves together Evie’s training in holistic mental health, Yoga, Tibetan Buddhist meditation, breathwork and intuitive movement . this method is offered in deep gratitude to all her teachers in plant, human and spirit form.
If you are new to the practice, here is a the format and flow you can expect:
Part 1: arrive in the body with yoga and fitness inspired sequencing.
Part 2: express emotion and awaken energy through intuitive, exploratory movement.
Part 3. receive and reconnect in stillness through guided meditation and gentle breathwork.
